All characters and creatures featured in Luturas cards and manga were created entirely without the use of artificial intelligence (AI).

Backgrounds for manga pages and cards were developed using a combination of techniques and media, including:

• Real-life photographs taken by the artist

• Photoshop brushes and filters

• Free stock images

• AI-assisted backgrounds that were extensively edited by human artists

No background is produced entirely by AI, ensuring a significant human touch in every piece. All human character designs are 100% hand-drawn by Hyperagua Studios.

All characters and designs are the intellectual property of Hyperagua Studios.

Character designs were produced internally, with some character sheets commissioned from independent artist David Madrid. David Madrid received one-time payments for these contributions, and no royalties apply.

All rights related to publishing, distribution, and usage are fully retained by Hyperagua Studios. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any characters, cards, manga pages, the Luturas Bestiary, or any other content from Hyperagua Studios is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Luturas is intended for public enjoyment. Due to the nature of the game mechanics, players should have basic mathematical understanding and be proficient in English, or have access to a reliable translation.

All purchases are final.

Refunds are only issued in the case of incorrect items received. In such cases, the wrong item must be returned before a replacement is sent.
